Timeline assistance: Together we will build a timeline for your photography to make sure that we get the maximum images available in the time we have together while also making sure that we keep the experience fun and avoid photography overwhelm.

In house editing: All images are culled and editing by me (JT) personally. I have been a photo editor since 2000 and photographs aren’t taken, they’re created. When I shoot an image, the finished product lives rent free in my mind, due to this, I edit all of my images myself.

Image backup: All Images are protected through a multi-step backup and archiving workflow designed to minimize risk. All cameras used by me have two card backup system to minimize image risk from card malfunction.

Online digital delivery gallery: a customized shareable link to allow friends and family access to download images without going through you for access.  All galleries are open for 6 months from the day of delivery. Final galleries should be downloaded and stored by clients, as indefinite access cannot be guaranteed.

Family formal planning: All couples will work with me to plan a list for family formals to insure quick and smooth family formal sessions so we can all get to the best part as soon as possible, the reception!!

Sneak Peek: A selection of images will be edited and delivered to your gallery link within 72 hours after your wedding day. This gives you an idea of what your images will look like and something to share on social media accounts.

  • A wedding photographer with an artistic style that embraces full color images.

    Planning meeting

    The first step happens before the wedding. We will meet and discuss wedding day details and come up with a photography timeline and a family formal shot list together.

    Engagement Session

    Depending on the package you choose, we will have an engagement session together. We can do these at a location of your choosing or I can help find a location that fits you both as a couple. This helps us get a vibe of working together before your wedding day!

  • Manitoba bridal photography

    Bridal Session

    If you chose a package or a bridal session add on, we will typically shoot your bridal session 4-8 weeks before your wedding day. This serves as an excellent opportunity to test run your hair, makeup, dress fit, shoes and even your bouquet style in some cases before your actual wedding day.

    Detail Shots

    On your wedding we will arrive a little before our start time to get equipment set up. Then we will check in with you, grab you details and begin detail shots.

    Now we will begin to grab candid shots of the bridal and groom’s party getting ready for the day…

    Group Shots

    This step depends on your timeline we built together. If you choose a first look, we will be doing the first look first, then immediately followed by bridal and groom shots. If there is no first look, we will do these separately before the ceremony.

    After all the prep it’s time for the main event, your wedding ceremony!

    Family Formals

    This step also depends on the timeline that we build together. If you had a first look, we will do the full wedding party pictures before ceremony. If we do not do a first look, we will handle the group and all of the family formal photos immediately after the ceremony. We will also create a family formal list together to ensure this process is as smooth and quick as possible.

    After family formals and right before being announced into your reception we will take about 2-3 poses of just two officially married. on goes here

    Reception Time!

    We’ve made it to the party part of the night! Here we will photograph first dances, cake cutting, candids of the night unfolding and more…

    Depending on your timeline we will sneak out during the reception for 1-2 poses at sunset!

    Departure Shots

    At the end of your reception we will photograph your final private dance, if you have one. Then whatever exit you have planned, sparklers, fire works, bubbles, you name it i’ve done it!

    Image Backup

    Immediately after your departure shots, we will take 1-2 poses of you for Night portraits if you’d like.
    The following day I will begin the image back up process. I do not use my SD cards for longer than a year and I back up every image on not one, but two external drives. As another backup method to avoid loss of images, I do not delete images or reuse SD cards until after your gallery is delivered.

    Final Image Delivery

    Next, about a week after your wedding I will deliver a preview gallery to you. Then 6-8 weeks after your wedding your remaining images will be delivered via your online gallery.

  • Most couples book 6-12 months in advance, especially for summer and fall weddings. Popular dates fill quickly, so once you know you want me, reach out.

  • A signed agreement and retainer officially secure your date. Dates are first come, first serve.

  • Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to make things easy and stress free.

  • Yes of course! I have 22 years of professional photography experience. Before that, I was a signed model. That experience helps me understand how awkward your body can feel. I don’t do frozen poses either, I will give tasks or ask questions that basically distract you into the position that looks natural and good for you. You’re in good hands, I got you!!

  • I do! I have photographed weddings in many different locations. Travel fees may apply, but feel free to reach out and we can chat about it.

  • I can! If you love my work but the packages I have listed don’t quite fit your needs, let me know and we can see what we can work out.

  • It all depends on how the day is laid out but I tend to average about 50-75 images per hour, give or take a few.
